CPD Blue Arrests ‘Pregnant Bandit’

At 3:30 p.m. today, Coeur d’Alene Police, working with the assistance of the FBI, arrested Christie Lynn Brisboy, 26, of Coeur d’Alene , charged her with the March 20, 2006, robbery of Bank of America. Brisboy was taken into custody without incident after a lengthy investigation that included anonymous tips sent to Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest. This case gained media attention as the suspect was dubbed “the pregnant bank robber.” Brisboy is currently in custody at the Kootenai County Public Safety Building .
