TUBOB: Daydreamin’ Of Yo-o-o-u-u-u
When I was in the 3rd or 4th grade my teacher was convinced I was hearing impaired. I was sent to the audiologist for testing. My hearing was normal. She was certain I was nearly deaf because she would call on me in class and I would not respond. Well, it was because I was lost in daydreams. I still struggle with this autistic-like tendency to space out and go tripping the mind fantastic, although not so much true fantasies anymore but just engagements in god knows what reality-based whimsy or escape/
