Believe It Or Not …
… the new, down-sized Coeur d’Alene Press is 2 inches smaller than the new, down-sized Spokesman-Review, from top to bottom. Both papers are now 11 inches wide. But the Press is 21 inches long, compared to 23 for the Spokesman. Wonder when they’re going to make a movie about this: “Honey, They Shrunk The Newspaper”?
Question: What would you think if one of the local dailies finally opted for a tabloid-size newspaper like the ones read by subway riders in New York City (not that this idea is on the table — at all)?
