On Thursday, Abel Wolf, 35, left, and Dan Boucher of the State Public Defender System talk after Wolf waived his right to extradition in District Court in the Hill County Courthouse in Havre, Mont. Wolf and his 40-year-old wife, Denise Wolf, were arrested Thursday, July 2, on charges claiming the couple buried their daughter 11-year-old daughter Cheyenne Wolf after her death in April 2008, dug up and moved her body several times over the course of the following year.
