• 4:04 p.m. A 9YO boy may have bitten off his lip when he crashed head first into a tree on his dirt bike @ Banal & Sunnyside, east of CdA. R/Ps say the boy’s helmet is cracked. They’re trying to determine where else the blood on his face is coming from.

2:35 p.m. R/P wants to see an officer re: a puppy that was killed by a wild animal.

2:08 p.m. Post Falls resident reports that a man with a short haircut, wearing a black jacket, pounded on her door and yelled. But he wouldn’t identify himself. She caught him looking in her window. Finally, he left, headed in the direction of Super One.

12:24 p.m. Traffic is backed up about a mile as a result of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 95 in front of the Alpine Store @ Garwood. Update (1:25 p.m.): Traffic finally flowing again normally.
