• 5:03 p.m. Hayden Lake Road resident reports that 3 males and a female vandalized a neighbor’s dock and are now floating on Hayden Lake toward Dike Road.
• 4:51 p.m. Parent w/injured 15MO girl flags down Rathdrum officer @ Lakeland High School. The infant was injured when she fell out of a house window 15 feet. Update (4:57 p.m.): Ambulance transporting parent and patient.
• 4::41 p.m. Idaho Lights worker @ 6055 Sunshine reports strong propane smell.
• 4:19 p.m. R/P wants to know if she can use Mineral Ridge lot for car-pooling.
• 3:58 p.m. A horse is loose at 19510 Rimrock/Hayden area.
• 3:50 p.m. A brown-and-white dog eating an animal carcass near the “motorcycles use caution” warning sign near Wyoming Avenue i/s is creating a H95 hazard.

1:59 p.m. R/P reports vehicle speeding and passing over double-yellow line in construction zone on Lancaster Road/Hayden.
