Health plan unaffordable

The Spokesman-Review

The administration plans on cutting Medicare by 30 percent to fund the health care plan. Does anyone in government have any common sense? Seniors are put on Medicare when they turn 65.

We, as seniors, are supposed to be able to keep our own doctors. Can’t you see this coming? The doctors just won’t keep the seniors as patients. Why should they? The doctor’s pay will be cut. If you are 65 or older, under this health care plan, we will get thrown under the bus and have no health care whatsoever.

The administration is shoving this down our throats, as has been done with everything Congress has touched since January.

We were promised no lobbyists and transparency in government. The administration is filled with lobbyists. The only thing that got stimulated was Washington, D.C, with more lobbyists.

It will take billions to fund health care. To have the government in charge is scary indeed, since it’s their fault that Social Security and Medicare are going broke. Be aware, there is very little transparency in this plan. Please contact your representatives in Congress and plead with them not to pass health care. We cannot afford it.
