Nipp Responds To AG’s Opinion

Nipp said he wrote Jorgenson a letter following last week’s report. “I’ve been a citizen of this community since childhood,” Nipp said Monday, adding he volunteered his time to the board. “I always try to perform my duties with honesty and integrity,” he said. “For over two years this undisclosed group has been accusing and trying to slander my character and other members on this commission.
