Which verdict is in question?

The Spokesman-Review

Doug Clark is appalled at the jury’s verdict in the Jay Olsen trial. The jury sat through the trial and heard all the evidence. Doug Clark read The Spokesman-Review and is obviously more educated and capable of rendering a verdict than the jury. How come Doug Clark wasn’t aghast when a jury found Shonto Pete not guilty of stealing Olsen’s truck?

I wonder, is Doug Clark really saying innocent until proven guilty for everyone except police officers?
