9:33 a.m. ISP trooper reports that two cattle trucks with Alberta, Canada, plates are traveling 70 mph through Athol on Highway 95.

9:32 a.m. R/P reports that a black pickup is pulling a green Escort with only a tow rope on I-90 at speeds up to 78 mph.
