it would also be good if they could find one who could match wits with
Scalia. While I don’t care at all for Scalia’s jurisprudince - his
sense irony and his ability to write well would be key qualifications.
Here is a recent Scalia gem: “What can be said often should not be
said. Prof. Reidenberg’s exercise is an example of perfectly legal,
abominably poor judgment. Since he was not teaching a course in
judgment, I presume he felt no responsibility to display any.” - Ha.
