Noon: City Hall Gets ‘Tude Adjustment

Attitudes around Rathdrum City Hall improved last week as most city staffers underwent a daylong training program entitled, “Communication and Customer Service in the Public Sector.” “As a city,” Mayor Vic Holmes said after the session, “service is just about all we have to sell. So, let’s make it the very best we can.” The session stemmed from “a couple of problems, nothing serious,” but a couple of situations involving citizens and their dealings with city hall, the mayor said/ Tom Burnett , Rathdrum Star.
