Lilac Parade On Tap Tonight

Jac Cates sets up the Wenatchee Apple Blossom Festival float that celebrates 90 years of volunteers, under I-90 in downtown Spokane, Wa.  Cates will be driving the float in the Spokane Lilac Festival 2009 Armed Forces Torchlight Parade this evening.  He says the Lilac Parade is his favorite festival to attend.
