Actress finds own way of ‘Staying Alive’

One of the questions that always seem to obsess me is “whatever happened to … ?” As in, whatever happened to Cynthia Rhodes . You know, the actress from “Dirty Dancing” who showed so much promise but then … just … disappeared?

Well, MSN is exploring the same question and in the process has come up with a list of 12 actors/actresses “who were lost in the ’80s.”

As for Rhodes, IMDB claims that she left show business to become a full-time mother. Whatever the truth of that, it makes a good story.
