Spencer Claims Ballot Box Stuffing

Many more ballots were cast that appear dubious at best, certainly more than enough to challenge two races, possibly enough to have changed the outcomes of all three council races. If you are concerned about the legitimacy of this election, now is the time to get involved. In order to challenge the election, a bond must be posted and an attorney hired.
