Mayor Sandi Bloem, City Council members, city staff, St. Vincent de Paul Board and staff, and officials from Contractors Northwest participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony for a 15-unit apartment house completed at the corner of Fruitland and Neider built with $2 million in grant funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 811 program.
