Jury for terrorists?

The Spokesman-Review

OK, let me figure this out. Eric Holder wants to bring the Sept. 11 terrorists to New York so that they would get a fair and unbiased trial before a jury of their peers! Does that mean we are going to have to find a jury that is predominantly made up of terrorists or would it consist of just plain old New Yorkers?

I am guessing that any person who was older than 9 years of age still has some pretty graphic images as to what happened to their city and, for that matter, to their lives on that tragic day.

Eric Holder has said in his own words “failure is not an option” in reference to the trial, so why even try them here on our own soil if we can achieve the same outcome at Gitmo?
