UI Player Hit w/DUI, Public Urination

A University of Idaho football player was arrested early Sunday morning for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and also was cited for urinating in public. Moscow Assistant Police Chief David Duke said an officer observed Clayton Homme, 18, urinating while waiting in the drive-through line at Jack in the Box shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday.
