Heck, like Flounder, he was a legacy. … One of Jeff Tuel’s high school classmates may start at free safety for the Huskies. … Oregon State: This Beaver cornerback is as big as many safeties . … Oregon: Nate Costa has made a long trip back to be the Ducks quarterback . … Cal: Once again, the Bears are hibernating. … Stanford: The Cardinal’s road to the Rose Bowl runs through Corvallis, where they will have to overcome the Rodgers brothers. … USC: Being that his right arm is barely being used on the football field, Mitch Mustain might take up baseball again. … UCLA: It’s official, Kevin Prince is the Bruins quarterback this week. … Arizona State: With Thomas Weber still out, Bobby Wenzig is kicking for the Sun Devils. And backup quarterback Brock Osweiler will play Saturday, according to Dennis Erickson. … Arizona: This is the type of special teams player every coach wants.
