In the tightest possible vote, 37% of the respondents (27 of 73) said we should continue to celebrate Columbus Day because Columbus was a courageous explorer. 36% (26 of 73) said we should do so only if the negative impact on indigenous people is told, too. 27% (20 of 73) said Columbus is no hero.
