HBO Poll: ‘Culture Of Intimidation’?

As mentioned in a post below, Coeur d’Alene City Council candidate Dan Gookin claims a “culture of intimidation” permeates some of our local organizations “like a suffocating fog.” In his latest blog post on his campaign Web site, he also discusses a “whisper campaign” that seeks to discredit election challengers and maintain the status quo.
