Listening key to leadership

The Spokesman-Review

We believe Amber Waldref is the best person to represent District 1 on the Spokane City Council. We have known Amber and her family most of her life. We know she has high moral ethics and a great thirst for knowledge.

Since early childhood she has repeatedly demonstrated an unusual dedication to helping others, both working with and leading her peers.

Studying true civic leadership these many years, we have observed that the best leaders are those who listen carefully to all sides of an issue and study all aspects of a situation before arriving at the answer to a question or deciding on a course of action to solve a problem.

We truly feel that Amber will listen to Spokane citizens, study and evaluate possible solutions before taking whatever action is needed to achieve the best results for all of Spokane. We urge you to tell your friends and neighbors in District 1 to vote for Amber Waldref when they receive their November election ballot.
