Turn senators out

The Spokesman-Review

On Oct. 8, the U.S. Senate rejected amendment 2626, proposed by Sen. John McCain to the Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2010. This amendment would have eliminated funding for public telecommunications facilities’ planning and construction. The final vote on the amendment was 33 to 64. Sens. Crapo and Risch voted in favor of the amendment.

If you enjoy public TV, you should use your vote to deny Sens. Crapo and Risch another term.
