Brazen thieves are targeting cash machines at Spokane-area convenience stores, using stolen vehicles to bash through locked doors and storefronts to grab and loot the secured ATMs.


Spokane police hope someone recognizes the man pictured above outside the Conoco Station at 3125 E. Mission on Oct. 21.

The Conoco burglary was one of at least a dozen incidents in the last three weeks in which thieves have used stolen vehicles to bash through locked doors and storefronts to grab and loot secured ATMs.
