Pool vote paying off

The Spokesman-Review

Spokane should be very proud of its beautiful new pools and the positive effect they are having on the community. Not only are they safe, clean and colorful, but they are affordable and open on weekends.

I couldn’t help but smile at all the families at the A.M. Cannon Park pool, enjoying time together on a hot Sunday afternoon at a beautiful, safe place for their children and at a very budget-friendly price. I cannot stress enough how important family time is and I see these beautiful new pools as wonderful ways to enhance that.

Thank you, Spokane! Investing in children and young families by making their neighborhoods fun and safe is important to the future of all of us.
