Catch and release

The Spokesman-Review

Idaho gubernatorial candidate Rex Rammell thinks “this country needs to lighten up” about his Obama hunting remark (“Now he’s a target, hopeful asserts” Sept. 2). I agree.

This presents a great opportunity for the Democratic National Committee to raise funds by selling Rammell tags. Of course, in line with liberal principles, there would be no intent to harm Mr. Rammell. The plan would be to simply tranquilize him and release him back into the woods.
