Get over it, Munson

The Spokesman-Review

It’s nice to see that private citizen Rich Munson gets to periodically vent in the paper. I’m glad to see there are no sour grapes about losing the election. Perhaps he should realize that the people of the Spokane Valley did not like his vision of the future.

Large, costly changes to Sprague are, like the Republicans would say, “putting lipstick on a pig.” Cities are built around freeways; Sprague had its day; now the freeway corridor is the new Sprague. Support business on Sprague, but don’t become their advertising arm.

I can’t wait to read the next Munsoon as it blows in!
