ISP: Traffic Stop Leads To Bomb Squad

the Idaho State Police made a traffic stop on I-90 in Coeur d’Alene regarding a traffic violation. During the traffic stop two individuals identified as Julianne M Lewis (Pasco Washington)and William F Heavyrunner (Browning, Mt)were taken into custody. Inside the vehicle were found guns, drugs and a suspicious explosive device. The Coeur d’Alene Fire Department responded. The Spokane Sheriff’s bomb disposal unit also responded and disposed of the device. The investigation continues/ ISP report.
