Sequels might be worth checking out

OK, you hate movie sequels. I understand that.

Never mind that “Godfather II” was pretty good. So was “Aliens,” second in the “Alien” series. As was “Terminator 2.” And don’t even get me started on “The Dark Knight,” which is a follow-up to Christopher Nolan’s “Batman Begins.”

So there are some sequels that are worth checking out. Which, in some cases, could be an understatement.
