SusanW: Mike Jorgenson’s donations are like apples and oranges, while both are for the benefit of Jim Brannon, he has used two different avenues. The $1,091 was for an ad he ran in the newspaper and was considered an independent expendtiture (which does not carry the $1,000 limit) as Mr. Jorgenson indicated he made these flyers without knowledge or prior consent of Jim Brannon. His latest donation was as an individual made to Jim Brannon as a contribution and does carry the $1,000 limit.

Joker: GIve the CAVERs credit for learning the rules and for attempting to play fair. It will be interesting to see what happens at the trial. I have a hunch Jim Brannon will be like Geraldo opening Al Capone’s secret vault on live TV.
