Must keep Mager

Are you kidding me? Al French is best choice for county commissioner? Three great candidates taking on Mager? (per S-R editorial on Aug. 1)

Spokane, we are smarter than that! Seems the S-R is supporting the good ole boy mentality in this race. The “opinion” goes on to point out that Mager is generally at odds with Mielke and Richard. To that I say, “Thank God!!” Can you imagine what could happen if Bonnie wasn’t there to call “bull pucky” on them?

Simply put, our county government cannot afford to lose Bonnie Mager!

Oh, this letter was not provided for me. I did my own research and these are my own words! Thanks but no thanks, Al; I am fully capable of writing my own letters (“French backs off letters,” July 29).

The only way evil can prevail is if good people do nothing.
