Driscoll has earned trust

State Rep. John Driscoll has lived in Spokane most of his life and understands the concerns of 6th Legislative District residents.

He has an extensive background in the health care industry and served as vice chair of the Health Care and Wellness Committee. He passed bills to reform health insurance practices that benefit health care consumers. One bill gives employees 31 days to find new insurance if employers drop their coverage. As executive director of Project Access, he helps uninsured people get needed health care.

A conservative Democrat, John is not afraid to disagree with his party. He voted against changing Initiative 960 that required a supermajority vote to raise taxes and also voted against the new taxes approved by the Legislature.

I trust John Driscoll to be my advocate and represent my interests in Olympia. He should be re-elected.
