Practices begin Wednesday

Greater Spokane League football teams begin preseason workouts Wednesday. Over in Idaho, Lake City and Coeur d’Alene, among others, have a week under their belts with Aug. 27 openers looming.

I’ll be out checking out a couple of practices Wednesday.
