Leaks were treason

Treason is a high crime, punishable by death, under federal law by Article III, Section 3, of the U.S. Constitution: “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”

It seems to me that WikiLeaks, and anyone who provided them with “classified military documents” about the Afgan war, are, “adhering to (our) enemies” and giving our enemies “aid and comfort.”

I believe very strongly in the Constitution, including the “free speech” provisions of the First Amendment. But I suggest that WikiLeaks and anyone who provided them with “classified military documents” have forfeited their “right” to “free speech” by committing treason, an act which puts our country and our brave military in jeopardy, while giving “aid and comfort” to our sworn enemies.
