Waiting for the plow

So, folks, Spokane has been through two major snowstorms.

I live in the city limits up north and have yet to see more snowplows working on our side streets (not only north, but everywhere) to help residents (all of us) get out of our streets safely and to work, etc.

We have a foot (at least) of slush and snow that makes travel virtually impossible. Last week, the one snowplow decides to trap me in my house as I am leaving to go to work. How about plowing on Sundays so those of us can dig out of the city’s snow berm in my driveway and have some time to shovel and get on with our lives?

My tax dollars and everyone else’s pay for this service, and I am extremely disappointed in the snow removal services in our city. Anyone else agree? Wake up Spokane city. It’s winter. Keep us safe during these snowstorms.
