FILE - In this file photo taken Feb. 14, 2009, Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin greets her husband Todd at the finish line of the 2009 Tesoro Iron Dog on the Chena River in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. E-mails obtained by The Associated Press suggest Todd Palin was intimately involved in decisions related to state government when his wife was governor of Alaska.
