Shock holding tryout
Spokane will hold a player tryout at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14, at Washington State University’s indoor practice facility in Pullman. More details below.
Cost of the tryout is $50 for those who pre-register; $65 at the door. Registration forms can be found at spokaneshock.com.
The format of the tryout will be a pro-style combine. Players will run through the following drills: 1) vertical jump, 2) shuttle run, 3) 40-yard dash, and 4) broad jump. Immediately following these tests players will begin position-specific drills, followed by one-on-one drills.
This is the second open player tryout under new Head Coach Rob Keefe.
The Spokane Shock will kick off the inaugural season of the AF1 on April 2 nd on Spokane Tribe Field at the Spokane Arena as they host the Milwaukee Iron.
