Closet serves a purpose

The Spokesman-Review

What the heck is going on? We are in a war, and our elected officials are trying to implement a health care program that no one wants. Now our military leaders want the gay men and lesbians to serve openly in the service.

The gays got their foot in the door by “don’t ask, don’t tell,” and now they want more. Doesn’t anyone care about the morale of straight servicemen and women? It sure seems to me there is something wrong with this picture.
