WSU holds on for 65-60 win

COUGARS

Despite Klay Thompson being held in check and despite struggling from the line, WSU was able to grind out a 65-60 win over Oregon State on Saturday afternoon. Thompson scored a season-low seven points, but Marcus Capers (10 points, 10 rebounds), Reggie Moore (19 points) and a cast of others helped WSU overcome the 17 points of Calvin Haynes. We’ll be back in about an hour with our game story.
