Sam: What’s Bill Saying?

Sam: So I haven’t seen this anywhere today - but Bill McCrory added over at OpenCDA what he thinks happened at last night’s court hearing on the Brannon issue. It’s quite long, but it seems to say that Brannon was, basically, victorious. Am I reading McCrory’s post right? As far as I recall from other scribings on this, that’s not actually what happened. Can someone clarify?
