• 5:16 p.m. Mosberg/Post Falls reports a chemical smell outside of residence.
• 4:53 p.m. An abandoned vehicle is blocking the entrance to the Cougar Bay Nature Preserve.
• 4:40 p.m. A male exposed and fondled himself outside a business window @ 120 N. 4th/CdA before running into the alley behind the Iron Horse.
• 4:19 p.m. Caller is concerned that a vehicle is being driven on the ice near the Spirit Lake boat launch.
• 4:12 p.m. Amber Alert from Helena, Mont., involves noncustodial 15YO mother who may be en route with her 2MO son, Dezmond Cortez, to Olympia. More here .

3:05 p.m. A gold Mercury Cougar has slid into ditch @ 11837 Hauser Lake Road.

2:44 p.m. The teen male driver is upside down and unconscious but breathing in a Dodge van that crashed into a house @ 16596 Trails End Road (near H53 & Mallory). KCSD news release here .

2:43 p.m. A service station attendant in Athol is concerned re: a female who asked for directions to Gun Club Road and then left in the wrong direction on H95. She may be suffering dementia.

2:08 p.m. A n/b blue pickup was traveling in the s/b lanes of Northwest Boulevard before turning off on H95.

1:57 p.m. A streets worker reports that the post is still standing but the stop sign is missing @ Bay & 2nd/Post Falls.

1:50 p.m. Francis has questioned re: disposing of a horse.

12:32 p.m. Construction equipment reportedly is missing from a site on Wayne & Wyoming/Hayden.
