MamaJD: Apology Accepted

I’ve learned that a good apology has three parts:

1.  I’m sorry for ________________.
2.  It won’t happen again.
3.  What can I do to make things right?

If an apology is too long, must be explained or does not include the three necessary parts, it is NOT an apology in my book.  Rarely do I hear an acceptable apology from celebs or politicians — MamaJD .
