CPD Blue IDs Drowning Victim
Detectives identified the elderly deceased male found in the water at Sanders Beach, as Ira L. Loudenback, 76, of Coeur d’Alene. The victim did not have any visible injuries to his body. The investigation is ongoing. SR archive story here .
