KMPO: Too Soon For Convertibles?

At Kootenai MPO , Staci Lehman reports: “It’s January right? I ask because when I left work last night at 5:00 (so it was dark), I saw a woman in a convertible WITH THE TOP DOWN.” Which beats the strangest sight that I’ve seen this January — players involved in pickup basketball games at the outdoor courts at City Park and on McEuen Field. I’m tempted to take my new bike out for a spin, just to say I rode it in January.
