Adam: Remembering Helen Fondly
Today,
we went to lunch with some new friends from church and Helen Chenoweth-Hage again came up. My wife doesn’t do political events, or if she does, she’ll have one inevitable question, “Can I bring a book?” She complained about politicians who spend an hour to say nothing. During most political events, my wife’s mind wanders off to something else more interest and two days later wouldn’t remember what the speech was about. Our friend then began to talk about Congresswoman Chenoweth-Hage, and my wife remember the general gist of what Congressman Chenoweth said…six years ago!/

Question: Do you have memories — fond or otherwise — of the late, former U.S. Rep. Helen Chenoweth-Hage?
