• 2:11 p.m. CPD Blue patrol officer reports that the card reader isn’t working at the Ramsey pumps, and he can’t fuel up.
• 2:09 p.m. Washington boater is told by CPD Blue officers at city docks to turn around and go back to Huetter rest stop for inspection. Boater may have done this before.
• 2:01 p.m. Deputies are trying to stop a Washington man from launching his boat at 3rd Street dock, after he failed to stop for inspection at Heutter rest stop.

• 12:08 p.m. Owner of a gray Jeep parked at Hayden Library has rolled the windows down but caller reports his dog is still panting inside.
