Malone provides alternative

There is a great deal of concern about the cost of building a new jail. The solution to that is effective prosecution of criminals, with jail sentences and treatment and training for those that would benefit more from that.

Three of the five persons vying for that office are directly connected to the current mess in the prosecutor’s office. If you want more of the same, give one of them your vote.

Frank Malone offers a clear alternative. With 26 years in the Air Force Reserve, having served in Vietnam and Desert Storm, retiring as a lieutenant colonel, he brings leadership. His master’s in business administration will bring effective management to the miasma in place now, to streamline the office.

Commissioner Bonnie Mager will work with him and Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich to institute reform and caring and training as an alternative for a new jail.

Mr. Malone understands people and inequity in our society very well.

If you want “justice” instead of “just us,” vote for Frank Malone.
