A boat is loose on the water in Powderhorn Bay, and its owner is en route from Spokane to retrieve it.
- 6:05 p.m. 4 males in red Grand Am w/white hood tossed sause at pedestrian @ 15th & Idaho/Post Falls.
- 6:04 p.m. BNSF reports that 2 males are entering railroad cars on Burlington Road/Rathdrum.
- 5:26 p.m. A large group of bicyclists under YMCA sponsorship, w/2 vans following, is creating a traffic hazard. But officer didn’t say where they are at the moment.

3 boaters in lifejackets are lying across a capsized or drifting sailboat on Hayden Lake, directly out from Tobler’s Marina. Other boaters are trying to assist them.

An elderly male pulling a trailer on I-90 thru Post Falls @ 5 mph is causing traffic to back up.
- 4:46 p.m. A tree is down on a power line causing it to spark @ Potlatch Hill & Sky Harbor/CdA.
- 4:25 p.m. Male is walking in lane of travel w/b on I-90 @ M/P 11 (NW Blvd).

- 3:51 p.m. ISP officer reports that someone has disconnected & left 5th-wheel along e/b I-90 @ M/P 16 (Potlatch Road). ISPer is concerned that wheels aren’t blocked. And that, given the wind, 5th-wheel could blow onto freeway.
