Bottle Rocket Man Still Popping Off

I’ve been wondering if any of you have experienced the same annoyance as residents of my ‘hood — a clueless neighbor a street over continuing to fire off bottle rockets after dark? A bit further away, there’s a smattering of firecrackers throughout the evening. But Bottle Rocket Man has been popping off for about 3 weeks now. He must have money because he doesn’t have much sensitivity to others.
