Driver of newer Ford pickup that’s e/b on I-90 @ H41 is brake-checking caller in trailing vehicle and won’t let him pass.
- 11:01 a.m. Caller reports that a male who appeared to be on drugs is now parked at Target after driving erratically and tailgating on H95.

David is in the KCSD lobby to discuss a neighbor’s complaint re: the noise he makes on his property.
- 9:52 a.m. Traffic light isn’t working for for s/b H95 vehicles turning east onto Dalton.
- 9:45 a.m. An older gray Cadillac that rear-ended another vehicle on H95 has left the scene and now is w/b on Wilbur.
- 9:41 a.m. Jeffrey reports that a contractor is trying to charge him for unknown work.

2 males who’d been looking in windows in the Silverlake Mall area are entering woods behind Target. (Cop sez 3 or 4 transient camps are in the woods. Transients have permission by property owner to be there, as long as they don’t cause problems.)
- 9:21 a.m. Brandon wants to speak to an officer re: a break-in attempt at a business @ 6840 Government Way/Hayden. Officer replies that several other businesses were hit in that area.
- 9:26 a.m. Officer reports that a spike in a railroad crossing on Mullan/Post Falls is sticking up about 5 inches and could cause damage to a passing vehicle. Tie is also coming loose.
- 8:55 a.m. David reports that a neighbor’s dog got into his yard yesterday @ Rice & Burdette & Burdette/Hauser.
